Meet Our Team
Marc is the third generation of the Verrochi family to be involved in the waste industry. He has worked with TCR since 2015 and became the Operations Director in 2017. Before joining TCR, Marc spent 15 years in the Janitorial and Facilities Services Industry.
Marc loves to spend his free time with his wife, Kristen, and daughter Kensi. When he is not with family, he enjoys fishing and duck hunting. He is also a passionate sports fan and particularly enjoys watching the New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics.
Billy joined the TCR team in 2020 and is the third generation of Macera to own the business. He spent previous summers interning at the seasonal Rhode Island office, learning the ropes from his Grandfather and Uncle.
Billy spends much of his free time playing sports or supporting his two favorite teams – the Tampa Bay Lightning and the New England Patriots. He is the undisputed best fantasy football player in the office. You’ll frequently find him at a Coyotes game or listening to live music.
Erin has been with TCR since 2014 and brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. In all her time working across various companies, she has found that TCR is unique because of the rare one-on-one service provided to our customers.
Her favorite things are spending time with family, friends, and many pets. She and her family love the Arizona Cardinals, Minnesota Vikings, and, of course, the Arizona Wildcats. Their favorite game to attend is the UA vs. ASU rivalry football game each year.
Hollee started in the waste industry in 2006 and has been with TCR since 2015. She loves the industry because of the spectrum of business customers in the market and the characteristics unique to the people in the industry.
Hollee enjoys running and spending her free time reading and learning about other cultures. She is a self-proclaimed Tudor history nerd and loves to travel. On weekends, she is out with friends, listening to live music, attending concerts, or at hockey and football games.
Jerry has been an original member of the TCR team since its founding in 2012. Before this, Jerry worked as a service technician repairing waste equipment.
His favorite hobbies include watching and playing hockey and rooting for the Miami Dolphins. He spends much of his time with his wife and two sons.
Kailey has worked for The Macera Family and TCR since 2014. Before joining TCR, she worked in commercial banking.
When Kailey is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their dogs. If you are ever on the phone with Kailey and hear a dog barking, there’s a good chance it is her Cavapoo, Raya.
Lina has been with TCR since 2015. Previously, she worked for two construction companies and in the judicial system for 15 years.
Lina’s free time is spent around her family and friends, especially supporting her grandkids’ sports and theater activities.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in the Waste Equipment and Recycling Industry. Before becoming a partner at TCR, he held previous sales manager roles at Compactor Rental Systems and Greenleaf Compaction.
In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and grandkids at the lake, and watching college sports.
Esperanza joined TCR in 2024 as it’s new Controller. She has over 15 years of experience in the accounting/finance field. She has had the privilege to work with many great organizations in industries such as education, software, transportation, and healthcare.
In her spare time, Esperanza enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, hiking, yoga, cycling, paddle boarding, and traveling.
Shari has been with TRC since 2019 and brings 26 years of experience in the waste industry.
Her life and hobbies are compactors, balers, and her kids.
Stephanie joined TCR in 2022 as part of the accounting team. She previously worked in the medical industry doing billing and collections for both private practice and hospital settings.
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children boating, paddle boarding, hiking, getting together for family dinners, or hanging out at home. A natural thrill-seeker, she is also part of a truck club that travels the dirt roads the average car avoids.
Tony joined the TCR team in 2019, bringing over 30 years of experience in the waste industry. While experienced in everything from operations to management, working in sales is his passion, and building strong relationships with his customers is extremely important to him.
Always a responsive and reliable resource, he consistently strives to provide customers with the best products and services while determining the most cost-effective solutions for their waste removal needs.
In his free time, Tony enjoys working in his yard, cheering on his favorite sports team, and traveling with his wife of 31 years.
Tony has been with TCR since 2015. He attended Marathon’s Compactor and Baler Service School, achieving certification in Nextelligence Connected-Tech Training. He also has 15 years of experience working in the construction industry.
He loves to work and is passionate about his profession. He enjoys spending his free time creating various side projects and enhancing his skills. His greatest joy is taking trips back to his hometown and being surrounded by family.
Zach joined the TCR team in 2021. Before onboarding here, he worked in compactor services for seven years.
He enjoys being outdoors and fishing and hunting with his son, Harvey. Zach has a passion for sports. He played catcher for the Augsburg College baseball team and now volunteers coaching a local 14U baseball team, the AZ Admirals.
Raya loves coming to the office and making sure everyone is doing their job…of giving her lots of pets. Once she’s made her rounds, you can find Raya hanging at her favorite spot: mom’s desk. Raya is very opinionated and often speaks her mind. When not busy at work, she’s at home playing with her siblings or chasing birds.
Duncan likes to take naps, and he loves to eat treats. When not eating or napping, he enjoys long walks and hikes in the desert.
